Arthritis means an inflammation of the joint. Unfortunately, arthritis is becoming more and more common. The good news is that a program of moderate exercise can offset the pain and inconvenience of the disease.
An aquatics program allows people with arthritis to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. The gentle activities in warm water, with guidance from a trained instructor, will help you gain strength and flexibility.
