Exercise an hour a day to maintain weight?

It does not matter what your opinion is on Health Care Reform.  That is not the point of this article, nor is this a forum for that topic.  

Watch the video below and pay attention to the last few seconds (starting at 4:40).  Hear what NBC's Chief Medical Editor, Dr. Nancy Synderman has to say about the new study that reports women should exercise an hour a day to maintain weight.

Agreed!

Denver has a ton of options that get results and do not require seven hours a week, i.e. fitness bootcamps.
