Exercise in 2014! A sedentary lifestyle can cause weight gain. If you sit down all day, you are not burning calories.

Here are ways to combat obesity: Eat healthy meals and snacks, avoid a sedentary lifestyle, move around and burn calories, walk daily in your neighborhood, exercise at a fitness center, ride a bike, hire a personal trainer, walk during your lunch hour and take a healthy lunch to work.

Avoid a sedentary lifestyle. Lose weight and remain within your Body Mass Index (BMI). Calculate your BMI If you need assistance losing weight contact: a fitness center, personal trainer, weight loss center and dietitian in your area.
