Executive Golf’s presence at the 2013 Ottawa-Gatineau GolfExpo is to be of mammoth proportions.
The golf club has plans to pull out all the stops to showcase its many features and events in a bigger-than-ever exhibit that is certain to boost the enthusiasm golfers already have for the upcoming season.
When show-goers swing by EG’s exhibit, they’ll be able to tap in to the organization’s long list of programs, packages, services and events that include participation in the Slammer Tour and the wildly popular Ottawa Sun Scramble.
“Our representatives can’t wait to answer questions about what we have to offer golfers of all abilities,” said Andy Rajhathy, vice-president of Executive Golf. “We’ve also arranged special partnerships that will pitch in to make a visit to our show area a memorable and exciting experience.”
Those partners are Golf-O-Max and Flashpoint Photo Booth.
“Executive Golf is looking forward to hooking up with Golf-O-Max for another year at the expo,” said Rajhathy. “Together, we will be running a closest-to-the-pin contest and there’ll be a chipping competition. Participants have a shot at winning some great prizes, including free rounds of golf and merchandise.
“Flashpoint Photo Booth will also be there so people can get their photo taken for a nice golf show keepsake and have their membership photo snapped when they decide to join us.”
And that’s not all.
“While visitors are finding out what we have that’s new for 2013, they can take advantage of our golf expo specials, get an EG cap and enter our draw for one of five great prizes,” Rajhathy said.
One of the fresh facts EG reps will be passing along is the organization has now grown to include more than 50 courses.
“Executive Golf is in its 10th year of operation and during the past few years we have added Dragonfly Golf Links, Iroquois Golf Club, Upper Canada, Amherstview, Pine Ridge and Thousand Islands Country Club to our roster of courses,” he said. “This put us over the 50-course mark and we are proud to provide the members of our golf club with excellent variety.”
The Ottawa-Gatineau GolfExpo will be held March 9-10 in the Ernst and Young Centre at 4899 Uplands. Dr.
