That's funny-- the poster doesn't seem to match the tone Nolan's going for in the film.
When Christopher Nolan released "The Dark Knight" a year or two ago, he had no idea how much money that movie was gonna make. Neither did Warner Brothers. Oh, sure, they were fairly certain they had a film on their hands-- but the second-highest grossing film of all time (until "Avatar" came along, of course)? No way. Obviously, interest in a third Nolan-directed "Batman" film is still at a fever pitch amongst fan boys, so it's with great pleasure that I'm able to offer up some awesome, top-secret footage from the next "Batman" film to you, the gentle Examiner readers...
I could very well lose my license to be saracastic for running this top-secret footage from the newest "Batman" film from Christopher Nolan, but rules be damned: people need to see this, especially all the fanboys out there. Apparently, director Chris Nolan's going in a slightly different direction with the third "Batman" flick, but that doesn't seem to be a bad thing:
And when I say "different direction", what I meant to say was "Phillipines", which is obviously where he's shooting the latest "Batman" flick. The last two were shot in the UK and Chicago, but I'm guessing that Nolan wanted a more sunny locale for this threequel-- perhaps a tonal shift to accomodate the film's new villains? Looks like the guy they got to replace Heath Ledger's doing the best he can in the role, but for my money Ledger had the edge in terms of darkness and, y'know, being scary. What did you guys think? I hear this is gonna be in IMAX. In 3D.

This video makes me want to give them a free ticket to Sea World in Orlando to perform with the whales.
I can't believe you didn't mention that the threequel will feature a Marvel crossover, Spiderman will be making a "short" appearance.
