Kathy Kaehler has become famed for the results that she provides celebrity clients such as Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez and Barbra Stresiand. She's also the creator of fitness DVDs such as "Kathy Kaehler Basics - Workout Class" and "Kathy Kaehler Total Body Workout: 6 Ten Minute Workouts" (click for details).
In an exclusive interview, Kathy told us how she helps sculpt those famous bodies - and what you can do to get your own great results.
After working with both men such as Rob Lowe and women of all ages such as Ellen Degeneres, Candice Bergen and Cindy Crawford, Kathy believes in avoiding the use of the "d" word: Diet.
"First I hate the word diet. I don't believe in it," she says candidly.
"I tell my clients and friends and family to get your self at a good starting place and then add healthier choices that you can live with," she says.
Eat how you want to live, advises Kathy. Avoid fake food and life in the fast food lane and focus on healthy choices. She recommends a diet consisting of foods low on the glycemic index, including USANA's Reset plan (click for details).
When it comes to fitness, start by seeing how long it takes you to walk a mile. Your goal: Walk a mile in 15 minutes or less, says Kathy.

"You need to look at what you are doing. How long have you been doing it and do you still get your heart rate up. These are all great questions to pose to your current workout," Kathy suggested.
And your main goal: Fresh up that exercise.
"The key is to start something new. If you run, swim. If you walk, bike. If you yoga, box," she says.
