Lamb of God's frontman, Randy Blythe has been acquitted of manslaughter charges in the death of a Prague concert goer. Blythe was charged for the death 3 years ago suffered when a teen jumped on the stage and Blythe removed him by pushing him back off the stage into the audience and the teen suffered injuries which resulted in death a few weeks later.
Blythe has always been pro court in that he had a strong case to overturn the prosecuting side. The judge in this case stated that Blythe's actions did not constitute a crime. The prosecuting attorney filed an appeal in the Czech court after the decision was made.
