Exclusive: Gulf chemical spray EU security concern. TransAtlantic truth link sought

The Gulf Operation that has spread into the Atlantic Ocean, now bubbling and hissing, is being discussed among European civil society groups that believe the matter needs to be the object of pan-European briefings and mobilization. The Greek Movement Against Chemical Aerial Spraying and Belgium's Belfort Group have been closely monitoring aerial spraying of Corexit dispersant, a crime against humanity, hoping to align with U.S. non-government organizations, including chemtrail and other truth groups for alliance to counter ongoing aerial spraying.

International Gulf aid to survive US aerial chemical spraying

Groups working with poisoned survivors of the Gulf Operation, such as Gulf Coast Barefoot Doctors (GCBD), have stated that international aid is required since no US government support has been forthcoming for human survival of chemical aerial spraying that continues, five months after Deep Horizon explosion's kick-started the unprecedented destructive chain of events witnessed today. An appreciated few compassionate American individuals and companies have come forward with toxic survival supplies to help to save lives in the Gulf region . (See: Dupre, D. Where angels fear to tread, Gulf Coast Barefoot Doctors serve, Examiner, July 30, 2010) Gulf aid through toxic survival kit supplies have also been donated by Europeans. According to GCBD, demand for the kits by people with poison symptoms and so sick, they are afraid, is far greater than donations.

The only Obama administration emergency provision has been additional Gulf coast mental health services for children and adults internally bleeding and showing other signs of chemical poisoning. After GCBD's urgent call for medical support to help the sick and dying, the Examiner was advised that Doctors without Borders do have borders. They will not come to the aid of people in the United States, despite millions of people poisoned, all of whom might eventually be internally bleeding without detox or relocation aid according to whistleblower, Hugh Kaufner. The dispersant Corexit is meant to cause internal bleeding according to Kaufner. (See: Dupre. D. Although this planned national and planetary destruction of unparalleled magnitude is not viewed as such by most Americans, Europeans see it. Unlike in the United States, revealing aspects of the Gulf operation have been aired on prime-time TV programs in France. (See: Dupre, D., French report on Gulf 'Beyond Pollution' with Kindra Arnesen (video), Examiner, September 18, 2010) In Australia, the major television network, Special Broadcasting Services, SBS has done the same, including US petro-chemical-military-industrial-complex based intimidation and violence inflicted on Americans such as Wilma Subra exposing Gulf truth. Such attempts at exposure of truth have resulted in widespread fear, preventing freedom of speech, speaking out about atrocities in thee Gulf region. Greeks and Belgians call to unite with US truth groups

The Greek Movement Against Chemical Aerial Spraying was formed in March 2010 to organize a public meeting in the city of Volos in Greece on the problem of chemtrails and then, to attempt to co-ordinate the activity of people in Greece concerned about this aerial spraying.

"We are watching the Gulf Oil incident with concern," stated Wayne Hall to the Examiner, adding that, "Nobody how much of the planet it is going to destroy."

Greek citizen born in Australia, graduate of the University of Sydney, teacher and freelance translator in Athens, Wayne Hall is a leading member of Greek Movement Against Chemical Aerial Spraying organization. He is a translator by profession and one of the earliest chemtrail activists in Greece. Hall played a role in having the chemtrail issue brought to the attention of the municipal council of the island of Aigina that tried to take legal action against chemtrail activity. He is among scholars who voice concern that the "geoengineering” aspect of the climate change problem is systematically avoided by the climate change mass movement that has grown up in recent years.

Hall is also a member of the Belfort Group in Belgium. The Belfort Group hosted a symposium on US chemtrails where the young Belgian orator, 17-year old Sofia Xenidis gave her heartfelt speech on chemtrail destruction. Months later in July, Ms. Xenidis sent a message from Belgium through the Examiner to people of the Gulf coast suffering in silence from aerial chemical spraying. (See: Dupre, Exclusive. Like the Greek Movement Against Chemical Aerial Spraying, the Belfort Group seeks stronger collaboration with American groups working to counter aerial spraying destruction of humanity and the planet.

On March 7, 2010, Aegina, Greece hosted an event entitled, 'The Contribution of Aegina in International Conflict of Aerial Spraying and the 'Geoengineering.' According to Hall, the suggestion that ecological issues of this kind should be treated as matters of security was made in a report to the European Parliament, On the environment, security and foreign policy, p ublished in 1999 and compiled under the direction of the then Swedish Europarliamentarian Maj-Britt Theorin.

The "Theorin report" mentioned and analyzed HAARP, characterized as “a weapons system that disrupts the climate:

“By virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment, HAARP is a global concern, whose legal, ecological and ethical implications must be examined by an international independent body.”But the European Commission said that it “has no competence nor indeed the expertise, to act in relation to such matters.” This raises issues of sovereignty."

Hall stated, "The European Parliament action (on HAARP and related questions) occurred in the past. It is now up to European civil society to force recognition that these are questions of security, and in Europe of sovereignty. If present-day European parliamentarians can be included in our initiative, so much the better."

The Greek Movement Against Chemical Aerial Spraying aimed to build bridges with Hands off Mother Earth, with the focus on geoengineering as a step towards such linkage according to Hall.

"One great qualification of Volos in Greece is that there, ecologists and chemtrails activists work together. This is how things should be everywhere, but this kind of collaboration is unusual."

"For the last nine years, there has not been proper co-ordination between civil society in the United States and in Europe," stated Hall.

"The first United States Social Forum in Atlanta, for example, where 911 Truth managed to get itself onto the agenda, was hardly covered at all by the Social Forum network in Europe. If such a drastic development as the present situation in the Gulf of Mexico is not enough to start changing this situation, it is difficult to imagine what could be."

According to Hall, the present passivity and aid obstruction in the U.S. related to the Gulf Operation was seen on the part of the Greek government during forest fires that burned half of the Peloponnese in 2007.

"People then did what they could at the local level. They were not actively obstructed by the central government. The government was just useless, not actively sabotaging local effort. And there was no obstruction of media coverage," stated Hall.

In recognition of the gravity of the Gulf operation on humanity, Hall said, "I cannot say anything more. I cannot speak about this situation with words that are adequate."

Hall and his colleagues sent the following message to people of the Gulf:

"Help yourself as much as you can. We will do what we can to get the word out about what is really happening."
