At 2:30 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, Bahamas media personality Chrissy Love will continue her interview with Eddie Long accuser, aspiring singer and author of controversial tell-all The First Lady, Centino Kemp.
Eddie Long was in the Bahamas just last year headlining a religious conference and seminar with some of the nation's popular clergymen. His inclusion had created an uproar of mixed reviews.
Centino, who left The Bahamas to pursue studies in the United States, claims in his book he plans to launch in his hometown on Valentine’s day, that he was given the name “First Lady”, by an influential pastor who had an affinity for young males.
While Centino was the fifth young man to come forward with startling allegations against the internationally known Atlanta minister, he nor Reality Check show host Chrissy Love ever confirmed or even called Eddie Long by name.
“There is a whole lot more going on than meets the eye in many of these churches,” Chrissy Love, responded to a listener, after Centino called in to the show to report a delay upon his landing at Lynden Pindling Int’l Airport. “This young man’s story needs to be told because we need to know what flags we need to be on the lookout for when people in authority attempt to override that and abuse it.”
Being home, Centino was relaxed and candid and will be live in studio today on national Bahamian radio.
