Exclusive 'Dead Space 3' demo access for Xbox 360; PS3 demo coming Jan. 22

EA and Visceral look to start 2013 off strong as a “Dead Space 3” demo will be made available later this month EA shared on Wednesday morning. However, if you happen to be an Xbox 360 owner who is interested in playing “Dead Space 3” a little early, EA has a sweet offer for you to take advantage of.

Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners will be able to download a “Dead Space 3” demo off Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network starting on Jan. 22.

For those that cannot wait to get some hands-on time with Visceral’s upcoming title, Xbox 360 owners are being given an exclusive chance the gain access to the “Dead Space 3” demo a week early.

To get access to the demo on Jan. 15, Xbox owners simply need to sign up on demo.deadspace.com.

In the demo, players will be thrust into deep space terror when unwilling hero – Isaac Clarke – and all-new co-op companion – Sergeant John Carver – crash land on Tau Volantis, an unforgiving ice planet teeming with Necromorphs. Dead Space 3 takes the franchise’s core elements of suspense, horror, action and sound and introduces them to all-new elements – including co-op play – that allows players to work together to take down the most ambitious Dead Space experience yet.

Dead Space 3 will be available on February 5th in North America on PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC.
