“You can do MORE than you THINK you can… just believe and TRY!” That quote from celebrity fitness trainer and Booty Barre creator Tracey Mallett sums up her encouraging attitude towards those of us who want to improve our health via diet and fitness. In an exclusive interview, Tracey talked with us about the fitness DVDs and diet tips to help you get in the best shape of your life.
When it comes to fitness, Tracey has designed and stars in several fat-burning options:

- Oatmeal and raspberries
- Chicken salad or wrap with greens, avocado and beets.
- Fish, quinoa or brown rice and lots of veggies
- Fruit, Lara Bar, Nuts
Hungry before or after a workout? "I will usually drink lots of water, juice lots of green veggies or eat an apple with a teaspoon of natural peanut butter," says Tracey.
