"General admission tickets, usually $20, will be only $10, and VIP tickets usually $99 will be only $50 for the week of September 10-17 ONLY. Pretty awesome huh?! Log onto the Barbara B. Prices will return to regularly priced after this very special week so take advantage of this SUMMER TIME SPECIAL ONLY for this exciting week."
Secondly, FMff has a very special offer for everyone attending the T.G.I.M. opening on September 9. "Check in for THIS NIGHT ONLY at the Fort Myers Film Festival on Facebook and receive a buy one—get one ticket for the evening. So bring a friend, come watch indie films, help us judge them, enjoy the fun and entertainment with this one night special only. You can check in at www.facebook.com/fortmyersfilmfestival."
Additionally, FMff will be giving the first 20 T.G.I.M. attendees another very special perk. "We have advance tickets to Ron Howard's independent film RUSH, which hits the theatres in town Sept. 27. We have advance tickets showing the film Sept. 12 and Sept 17. The first 20 who get tickets to T.G.I.M. Sept 9 will get one of [these] tickets."
Oh, Eric Raddatz and company will give away a few pairs during the evening as well.

"We will be having a season wide talent competition with competitors every Monday night vying for a prize to be given to a winner at our TGIMMY's Feb. 24, 2014," FMff notes. So be prepared to watch the local talent compete. And bring in your indie film for FMff's ALL ABOUT CLOSETS indie film intermission, where you can swap films with other attendees. Grab a film from the back of your closet, bring it in and meet other film enthusiasts.
So with all this going down, be sure to include T.G.I.M. a regular feature of your week beginning Monday, September 9. Happy hour starts at 6:30 p.m. with the film screening at 7. T.G.I.M. takes place at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center, which is located at 2301 First Street in the heart of the downtown Fort Myers River District. The after-buzz happens at Twisted Vine after the show, which offers a special late night happy hour and appetizers.
