Exciting Denver area Myths and Legends Con changes venue

Attention all Denver area sci-fi and fantasy fans. The second annual Myths and Legends Convention is around the corner. Are you ready? Is that cosplay outfit finished? This shiny weekend long party is set for Aug 8-10, 2014, and will take place at the Ramada Plaza North in Northglenn, CO. What makes this event unique is that it focuses on a handful of fandoms, and for "Doctor Who" and Joss Whedon fans, this convention is really something special. According to organizer Nikki Ebright, Myths and Legends is a new convention for the fandoms that don’t really have a home in the Rocky Mountain region. This cozy get together will focus on all the sci-fi and fantasy goodness such as “Harry Potter,” “Doctor Who,” “Firefly,” “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Lord of the Rings,” “My Little Pony,” and added this year, “Game of Thrones.”
