You and God are one when you higher self is allowed to lead. The song remains the same, changeless and eternal. It extends indefinitely.
Your nature softens and grows gentle
Patient and tolerant. Instead of juging harshly you are able to wait on your higher self for response. This doesn’t mean you endorse the behavior of others or they shouldn’t be responsible for their behavior, but you are consulting yur higher self, instead of “running with the pack” called ego. And express it into reality.

Bare bones simplicity is the challenge. Mindful engagement awakens presence, when completely embodied you are free. True spirit in the simple act. The way you use your mind is the way you use your life.
Natural, light, let the leaves fall by themselves
In a culture that tells us more is better, it is not easy to trust we have enough or that we are enough. We don’t know that we are already what we are trying to become. Engage the process, touch the truth, practice simplicity. It grows.
