Looking for riding tips on a variety of disciplines? Choose from 50 different equine related seminars and clinics at the 2010 Everything Equine Expo at the Champlain Valley Expo Center in Essex Junction, VT.
The 2010 event will be held April 24-25, 2010 and is hosted by University of Vermont Extension and the Champlain Valley Expo Center. In addition to attending education events, attendees will have access to an equine art show and a vendor tradeshow.
The weekend long equine expo is expected to draw 7,000 visitors from across New England, New York and Canada who will have the opportunity to attend more than 50 seminars. Notable clinicians/trainers include reining expert David Davis of Hardinsburg, IN, dressage clinician Ruth Hogan-Poulson of Plainfield, VT and Wellington, FL and hunter-jumper instructor Greg Prince of Sherborn, MA.
New for 2010, Everything Equine will feature a special promotion titled “Simple Pleasures” to highlight ways riders can rest, rejuvenate and recover after a day of training and riding.
Special attention will be given to this year’s “Horsin’ Around” variety show, on Sunday, April 25. The musical revue variety show showcases horses performing several disciplines. The variety show is an annual event that draws a large audience and requires a separate ticket from the general admission.
The event will be open Saturday, April 24 from 8:30am-5:00pm and Sunday 8:30am-4:30pm. Tickets are $10 at the door, children under 5 are free. For more information visit www.cvexpo.org.
