Everybody dreams even though people might not remember their dreams

A dream is simply a sequence of images or pictures passing through your mind as you sleep. You might have a dream for a few minutes, but many things are packed in those few minutes.

Everybody dreams even though some people say they don’t dream.

They do dream. They just don’t remember their dreams. For some reason, they block out remembering them.

How to remember your dreams
You are more likely to remember your dream if you wake up soon after you have the dream. And you will remember your dream if you try to recall it within five minutes of awaking. When you first wake up, do not jump out the bed immediately. Rather, lie quietly with your eyes closed and go over your dream in your mind until you memorize it and can tell it in story form. It helps if you would play the dream over in your mind as soon as you wake up.

It would also help if you kept a dream journal and wrote down your dreams. After a few weeks you will surely recognize a pattern. You might see that God is telling to you do something or is warning you not to do something. You might see that God is giving you an answer to a question or a solution to a problem. God might reveal something or someone you might need to rid yourself of. God could be telling you a lot of wonderful things through your dreams.

Don’t miss what God is telling you by saying you don't dream...because you do!
