Evergreen authorities need help identifying driver who dragged dog behind truck

The Evergreen, Ala. authorities need the public's help in identifying the heartless driver of a white truck dragging a dog behind his vehicle into a gas station off of the Owassa exit 101 of I65 according to Fox10News.

If you look closely, you can see an image behind the truck. Sadly, that is the body of a white pit bull dog.

A surveillance video caught the horrible scene as the truck exits the highway and pulls into the station with the mangled body of a white pit bull in tow.

The man then stops the truck, exits the vehicle, cuts the rope and leaves.

The dog was dead.
