January's Everflowing Chalice will be the first Friday Night Magic (FNM) promo of the 2011 Magic: The Gathering year, and what a way to usher in 2011! Everflowing Chalice is Standard playable, sees competitive play, and is typically a staple in a many Elder Dragon Highlander decks as well.

Everflowing Chalice is a great way raise a glass and toast to the new year, and should rank very highly with the last year of Friday Night Magic promo cards. Everflowing Chalice is sort of a flexible modern day Sol Ring that has more opportunities now than ever with Scars of Mirrodin bringing the proliferate mechanic to the table to for your crafty cups.
