With more than 125 performances in 60 DC venues, the DC Jazz Festival (DCJF) attracts jazz lovers from all over the country and is one of the largest music festivals around the world. So for all of those jazz lovers out there, mark your calendars for June 24-29, 2014 for the 10th anniversary celebration of the DCJF where Events DC presents Jazz in the ‘Hoods and Jazz at the Capitol RiverFront.
Jazz in the Hood, back by popular demand will feature 66 performances – some free and others ticketed, in 29 neighborhoods to include Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan, Chinatown and H Street. For a list of the scheduled performances in your neighborhood, click here.
“Jazz at the Capitol Riverfront” kicks off on Friday, June 27 (free performance) and ends Sunday, June 29 (ticketed performance) at Yards Park overlooking the Anacostia River.
