Montalto Challenge – Sponsored by many local businesses, the Montalto Challenge is a great way to show support for your local area. This is a 5k, completely uphill race. There is an entrance fee if you wish to participate in the race which you can find on Not in it for the race, you can still show your support by making a small donation. All proceeds will go to supporting the maintenance and preserving this historic landmark. The hours for this race are 8:00am-10:am.

Flowering arranging in the garden – Reserve your spot to learn from floral designer Kathryn Nokes. From 9:30am-12:00pm, you’ll learn new ways to improve your flower arrangements or even brush up what you already know. Visit for more information.
