On April 24th, the SENSE Meetup will be hosting Dana Twight of Twight Financial as she presents Financial Literacy: What you didn't learn in school, at Office Nomads in Seattle.

What do a clock, the mysterious "Rule of 72," marshmallows and the KISS principle have to do with finances?

You'll find out during this fun and interactive session with Dana Twight, CFP® of Twight Financial!

April is Financial Literacy Month and we're doing our part to help business owners out after the hectic tax filing season. We'll go over what you may have missed in school (business or otherwise) about financial literacy and your personal finances and get you set on the right path to organization, efficiency, and success.

Dana will discuss how you can improve your knowledge and take action going over:

• What is financial literacy?

• Why isn't this required in school?

• I hate this stuff-why should I care?

• There is too much information-how do I sort it to get what I need?

Class will include an individual and a small group activity, plus online resources to move ahead.

Please bring a question or two to share with the group and let's demystify a few topics!
