Morrissey has postponed his 2012 North American Tour to be with his ailing mother. Newly rescheduled tour dates have been released and Morrissey will now be performing on Friday, March 1 at STAPLES Center. Replacing special guest Iggy and The Stooges on the new date will be special guest Patti Smith and her band.
Morrissey will perform greatest hits from his legendary catalog as well as new unreleased songs. Morrissey is recognized as one of the most prominent artists of his generation and has been an idol for people around the world. Pitchfork has called him "one of the most singular figures in Western popular culture from the last twenty years."
