The menu offers a great variety of flavors that are both unique and delicious. Here’s the menu:

First tasting – Huevos al Diablo (deviled eggs) - fresh chorizo, pimento paired with Chatham Brewery's Pride

Second tasting – Four Cheese Fritters - prosciutto, Calabrian red pepper jam paired with LuLu's Amber Ale

Third tasting – Sea Scallop - red quinoa, parsnip, tomato, spinach paired with Pinot Blanc, Dom. Emile Beyer "12, Alsace France

Fifth tasting – Ribeye Beef skewers - Asian barbecue sauce & slaw paired with Cotes du Rhone Villages, Famille Perrin '10, Orange, France

Each of these tastings is phenomenal, but the Polpettine is certainly a favorite. The beers and wines are paired perfectly with each of the tastings.
