Eva Mendes is launching a vintage-inspired fashion line in collaboration with New York and Company. The actress, appeared on “Good Morning America” on Sep. 19, and described the collection as “modern and feminine.”
“New York and Company came to me with the opportunity, and I've been a fan of theirs for years. My first reaction was nervous, I was like, "I'm not sure I have anything to offer!"
Eva explained that she wanted to dress “real women,” noting that the pieces come in sizes 0 to 18. The line is affordably priced from $55 for pants to $80 for a dress, and reflects the simple yet elegant style for which she in known.
In a recent interview with the “Huffington Post,” the 39-year-old said, “I take this very seriously. There isn't a piece in my collection that I won't wear. I can't wait to get feedback from women about what works for them and what doesn't. I hope I don't disappoint them!”
