Eva Longoria’s divorce documents have been obtained by TMZ. It is true, Eva Longoria has filed for divorce in the LA Courts today.
In the documents, Eva asks for spousal support, the couple did have a pre-nup. The pre-nup was first put into place in June of 2007 and it was amended in June of 2009. The pre-nup is mentioned in the legal documents.
The reason for the divorce is listed by Eva Longoria as “irreconcilable differences,” which is the standard for most divorces today. With the no-fault divorce in place in most states, there is no need to mention what has brought a couple to the point of divorce.
RadarOnline reports that Eva Longoria is divorcing Tony Parker because he allegedly cheated on her. He not only is said to have cheated on Eva, but it was with a mutual friend of the couple. This has Eva devastated reports RadarOnline.
RadarOnline also reports that Eva Longoria learned about Tony Parker cheating from text messages. Apparently there are a years worth of text messages sent between Tony Parker and the other woman. How Eva allegedly came upon this information has not been reported as of yet.
Eva Longoria is devastated, she believed she married Tony for life and saw herself having kids and growing old together with him.
Connecticut Eva Longoria fans can see her every Sunday night along with the rest of the country on “Desperate Housewifes.” Although Eva’s character, Gabby, is use to the cheating and betrayal, the real Eva Longoria is not. She considered herself married for life.
