When you live in a yellow submarine, every once in a while you have to come up for some fresh air. You know, experience the reality of actually facing the real world, that’s above the depths of the deep blue sea of vivid imagination.
The general concensus on behalf of the people concerning Washington D.C., around the country and in Texas is, our nation’s capitol needs a house cleaning, from the carpet, to the lamps. The general concensus on behalf of the people around the country and in Texas concerning immigration, illegal and amnesty, has been border security first if you want to even discuss amnesty for illegal immigrants. Only 5 percent of the country think that will ever happen.
The general concensus around the country and in Texas concerning the Republican party is that they stink to the high heavens, they come spineless, they are unwilling to fight the good fights and are now blending in with this administration, Liberals, and Democrats.
The Republican general base is completely dissatisfied with their representational abuses. They campaign on conservative values, make a whole bunch of promises they don’t intend to fulfill, and when they get to Washington, well, campaigns are a thing of the past.
All of the above sentiments presents mega problems for Linda Vega, a Republican of the same caliber as that, the country is fed up with. Vega is challenging Senator John Cornyn in the primaries, who may be, or may not be the best Texas has to offer, but, his track record is open, proven and not that much of a distraction.
Vega is an attorney, immigration reform activist and promotes education, economic growth, low taxes and she is pro-business. Nothing new there, but what she hopes to bring to the table does not sit well with most Texans.
Here’s the deal, in that yellow submarine, Vega has been residing in, by the time information gets to her, it’s outdated and completely useless. The country is tired of Ethnic politics. You know, the Brown one, who won’t represent the Yellow one, who won’t represent the Black one, who won’t represent the White one, and that’s what Vega is hoping to do, represent the Latino community . Her Bio says it all.
Good luck Ms., or Mrs. Vega.
