‘ET GO HOME’ vote outcome not helpful to ET plan to cleanse Earth’s environment

The outright rejection by Denver, CO. voters of Initiative 300 to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission by a projected 83 ‘no’ – 17 % ‘yes’ can reasonably read as a referendum by a representative sample of informed urban humanity on whether humanity wishes to establish rational interactive protocol-based relations with intelligent civilizations that are now not only visiting Earth, but concerned about the viability of our terrestrial ecology.

According to press reports, ´´The ... proposal, which was defeated soundly during midterm voting, would have allowed residents to post their observations on Denver's city website and report sightings.  Early results showed that Denver residents voted 106,776 to 20,162 against the proposal.  Jeff Peckman, who originally proposed the measure, said that the government was already tracking alien sightings but refused to make the reports public.  Mr Peckman is a meditation instructor and promoter of new technology, including something he says reduces the "chaos of electromagnetic fields."  Mr Peckman claimed that the measure, known as the Denver initiative 300, had failed because opponents had greatly inflated the commission's projected cost.  He had said that the plan wouldn't cost taxpayers any money and would be funded through grants, gifts and donations.  The commission, staffed by astrobiologists and other PhD scientists, would have been charged with dealing with credible UFO reports, listening to and documenting reporting of encounters and abductions, among other responsibilities.´´

The Colorado Vote: Our immediate future (2011-15)

If the results of the Nov. 2, 2010 vote by the population of Denver, CO. are a true indication of the attitude of representative sample of the human population toward other intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse, then the implications for the human population and for the future of our biosphere and our planetary ecology may be severe.

The reason?  The Denver, Colorado vote functionally represents a rejection by humanity of the opportunity to become interactively, consciously, and proactively involved in a reported positive plan by intelligent civilizations to intervene by 2015 to cleanse Earth’s atmosphere of excessive CO2, before inevitable collapse of the planetary ecology occurs.

According to ex-NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham, some of the principal intelligent civilizations concerned with the husbandry and guardianship of our young planet and civilization – the Pleiades, the Alpha Centaurians, the Sirians and others – decided in an unusual meeting around January 2010 (our time) to intervene because they reached the conclusion that Earth did not possess the technology to do so itself.

This decision sets aside the law of non-intervention (which would let out planet and human race die) and is a rare one.  These advanced races have allowed Earth to live because of the unusual qualities of humans, such as emotion.

As of October 2010, carbon dioxide in the Earth’s atmosphere is at a concentration of 388 ppm by volume.  CO2 is toxic in higher concentrations of 1% (10,000 ppm).   Atmospheric CO2 concentrations are leading to ocean acidification, according to some experts.
Intelligent civilizations are, according to these reports, attempting to enroll humanity in its plan to clean Earth’s environment.
The first signal was a predicted ‘decloaking’ or sighting of the intelligent civilizations’ UFOs over New York City on October 13, 2010.  The intelligent civilizations signaled this decloaking to ex-NORAD official Stanley A. Fulham who reported it publicly.  The Oct. 13, 2010 UFO sightings were reported in the world press, mixed in with disinformational media exaggerations of released balloons by the New York Times and other mainstream media that for over 60 years have helped enforce the ET truth embargo.

2010 – 2014 the path ahead

In soundly rejecting a rational no-cost proposal to develop a policy for social interaction with extraterrestrial civilizations, the people of Denver have sent an unfortunate signal on behalf of the human race.

The citizens of Denver – as a representative sample of urban humanity – has identified with the disinformational cover story that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency created with the 1953 Robertson Panel.  They have voted with the fear that their city would be identified as ‘crazy’ rather than as rationally wanting to interact with higher intelligence, and in this case quite rightly so, to be of support in the regional galactic governance authority’s plan to intervene and clean the Earth’s atmosphere in 2015 before our total extinction.

This Nov. 2, 2010 ‘ET GO HOME’ vote by the citizens of Denver – as a representative sample of the human population’s functional attitude towards supportive interaction with intelligent civilizations – may not be a positive sign for human race’s immediate future.

According to the communications to ex-NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham, the Pleiadian plan to deliver a world-wide speech in the General Assembly hall of the United Nations announcing their 2015 plan to deploy 250-300 advanced Pleiadian spacecraft to remove excess CO2 from Earth’s atmosphere and biosphere.

The timing and nature of the intervention necessary for this speech will follow a period of profound changes on our planet 2010-14, ranging from possible Earth changes, collapse of the present world order and nation-states, collapse of the monetary system, and the emergence of a new sustainable way of living.  Whether this is a ‘hard’ or ‘soft’ landing for humanity will depend on our collective attitudes of consciousness and interactive participation or unconsciousness, fear and reactivity.  Humanity, according to these reports, will survive all of these.  What humanity cannot survive is environmental collapse and that is what the Pleiadians and others are here to forestall.

Though I am sorely disappointed that the Denver ET Initiative did not pass; I am very greatful it made it to the ballot and was up for discussion which served to bring the idea before the people. Many other intitiatives in our history took time to "soak in" before the people were able to grasp the change. They may have rejected it this time, but now maybe others will take up the cloak and wear it proudly. Each credible step gives the idea more credibility! I know there are many, right now that would be glad to swallow our pride and ask some friends with higher technology to help us out! I would be willing to bet that globally that number outweighs the number of nay sayers in Denver!

I agree, and i have to point out that you used the phrase 'informed urban humanity,' but in all honesty, I don't think ANYBODY can deny that MOST Americans, especially urban ones, are not informed when it comes to the topic of UFO's and extraterrestrials. Most of them just plain don't believe in ET, largely because of the misinformation which runs rampant through the American media on the subject. I cannot stress enough that this should NOT discourage the ET's from continuing as planned...if they really want to inform humanity of their existence, they need a coordinated effort to put forth all of their resources and show up over multiple metropolitan areas, preferably with multiple ships per city, all at the same time. They need to cause mass sightings on an unprecedented scale. The misinformed Earth Humans are not to blame for their lack of knowledge on this topic; their government is to blame. The interests of those in power do not reflect the interests of the rest of the population, most of which I think would be happy to receive help from our interstellar neighbors if they fully understood the circumstances!

A hundred thousand plus voted no?? This planet's pollution levels needs all the help it can get!! I hope they stay and teach those that don't know any better!!

The story of the CO 2 is VERY hard to swallow, considering the climate gate et al. And the former relation of Mr. Fulham with the US govern ment makes me even more distrustful. I think the NY UFOs were US black ops vehicles intentionally showing themselves to conf use people and acc elerate the creation of the N W O.

I agree with Buho5 (comment above) that the Fulham interview triggered my "disinfo" radar. It was the CO2 message that made me question it; his background with NORAD and the idea that the ETs would set aside their non-intervention policy. I don't see that happening...and certainly not over CO2, which we now know is a giant scam to make another "green" fortune while creating laws that solidify the world dominator control (I call it "driving while breathing" -- if "cap & trade" becomes global law...they can literally arrest you for breathing as human exhale exceeds in great measure what the "cap" is on carbon emissions).

Coupled with the "sightings" of October 13 (as predicted)...it just reeked of the False Disclosure that we all know is coming.

Time to be WAY more discerning on these issues...although, Alfred, I am always touched at how respectful you always sound when interviewing people like this. And Mr. Fulham seemed like a nice guy with good intent. Since his information is channelled, he is probably unaware that a great deal of channelled information comes broadcast straight from secret government technology. He is probably very sincere...

the idea that such Initiative 300 can be approved in a country such as the US, is doomed from the very start........lack of interest and sensibility for such matters, from the common population, to low and mid levels of goverment in this nation, and the fact that the US is responsible for a good amount of this planets ecology damage, makes it very, very hard to accept Denvers voters desition as representation of the human race.......my heart to all of those in this country, that are working to raise the level os consciousness to a more cosmic and universal knowledge of ourselves......God Bless Us All.......

  • Niara 1 year ago

This is very disappointing, though not unexpected. It is a measurement of how much education still needs to be done, to reach more people and get them at least questioning. And I'm sure that ETs have realized that Earth's governments do not reflect the will or wishes of the people in many areas, so when they are ready to appear, I doubt that the lack of an ET affairs commission will deter them. We need to throw our support to the next effort, which I hope will be by Michael Luckman in NYC.

  • Kris Knight 1 year ago

I have a few comments.....why in the world, literally, wait until 2015 to do this? And why would those spacecraft, that could likely be invisible while they work, need our approval anyway? What specifically would be the threat----HAARP technology, or what? And to have this centered in this country, where we are SO toxic as a people right now, seems suspect, frankly. Why not gain credibility and just get on with appearing in one of the countries that has already made public their UFO documentation?
Something about this doesn't add up to me; seems too contrived somehow.
If intervention has been agreed upon, then let's get on with it, including the removal of the worst infamous offenders of the basic rules of LIFE on EARTH. This has been predicted by many sources at this point. Now they are so obvious; do we need to really believe that it is appropriate and wise to wait until 2015-----more than four years from NOW?
And this transformation will NOT occur through government, and trying for this voting on this proposal in Denver seems like a self-sabotage with a very predictable conclusion

Hang on a sec. Let's look at the positives in all this.

First, the initiative was taken seriously enough people to get on the ballot. Second, a major city took a genuine look at the issue for the first time. Third, the tenor of the discussion was much more open minded than has ever been possible (e.g., Peckman participated in many interviews without being automatically, soundly drubbed as a kook). Finally, given a choice, people did actually vote for the initiative.

Is this election result really a referendum on our readiness as a species to look beyond the curtain and see what's really there? I don't think so. It's a local initiative that failed.

By most accounts the campaign was valiantly under-funded, the specific costs were misunderstood by voters, and the benefits were not quantified in Main Street terms. These miscues sink ballot measures (even ones that involve ET's).

The initiative clearly appealed to people already inclined to believe, but did address two fundamental points with voters who are not coming at this issue from the same point of view:
    1) Most people in Denver don't believe ET's are a real issue in their lives
    2) Even if they are willing to accept the possibility, they were not sold on Denver taking the lead

Is this really an emphatic, "ET Go Home" or a puzzled, "Why should ET have a home in Denver's City Hall right now?"

Let's not be too hasty to point to the Denver ballot as a set back. I think it was a step forward and one of many data points to consider in 2010.

Re-canopy of Earth which purifies water/air at this time has been in galactic-human process for nearly 20,000 plus years. One might look to a few indigenous communities for confirmation. Suspension of non-intervention interaction by other species participating in this healing event is irrelevant…….a home town Sirian

  • Steve Osterman 1 year ago

Yeah they also voted down the "Vampire control initiative", "Goblin surveillance program"..you people get a grip. Wasting public money on E.T.'s, they made the right choice.

  • Joe P. 1 year ago

Yea your totaly right. Everything else we have spent money on total works. Bailout, Military, Lottery, Stocks, Oil, Tax... Guess what it got Earth nowhere. Steve maybe you should open your thick head of yours and do some research on the facts before you shoot down the best try at having a real freedom and peace. I admit vimpires and goblins are a bit retarded and not real but we are not the only beings in a never ending universe and ET's are. I know it must suck knowing that we are not the most intelligent beings in the world. I know I am not. Guess what? They belive in God also.

  • Joe 1 year ago

I think there's enough evidence to show that something is visiting us but I've seen NOTHING convincing that says who they are or what they're doing here. Before we start talking about anyone messing about with our ecosystem I'd like some pretty convincing information about who or what they are and vague "channelings" doesn't do it for me. If they intend interacting with us why not create a web presence with some decent information about what's going on out there. Fuzzy blobs and second hand wishy washy nonsense isn't enough.

  • Martha Jette 1 year ago

The results clearly show that most people still do not take UFOs and aliens seriously. Unless one has his or her own experience, it is natural to disregard the entire issue as flaky and beyond the scope of one's everyday experience. Too bad though.

  • serfsupusa 1 year ago

Martha, is it because folk first look to the sky for contact rather than to Earth based species who are also members of galactic community?

Is it because humans tend to think of communication with other Space Species in terms of hardware? Like space ships, rockets, frequencies and Earth time?

Seems to study with indigenous folk, cetaceans, etc who are also participants in galactic community is an easier, more comfortable bridge for humans?

Your comment is timely and an insight into discussions we might all share to support humans as they move into participation in galactic affairs.

    Thank you.

  • serfsupusa 1 year ago

Martha, your "Too bad though." brings up pictures of those who won't know friend from exploiter.

What dialogue can we create to encourage folks to discern between space visitors who are committed to supportive non-interference and those who have agendas to initiate and continue missions to dominate and exploit humans and planet Earth?

Hold in mind the internet to be the most powerful to educate about the UFO/E.T./Multiverse subjects. Make use of it in a better way. People that are open minded should also think in a creative way. This will open possibilities to reach out to more. Disclosure will happen in regard to the release of UFO-files but the E.T. situation is to complex. People that are aware of the UFO subject in detail and those are people with more than 15 + years are tired but when all hopes are gone miracles happens.

the first contact posible with cosmic beings is within ourselves, reaching IN, not looking for that contact out there......that first contact is you getting in touch with yourself as a universal being, as part of this cosmic order, a unique and irreplaceable thinking and feeling entity......once that contact happens, you go out....... and vote.........and yes, miracles DO happen......

I felt the need to comment again. I do not like that you used the phrase "ET GO HOME" in this article, because you know as well as I do that what they were really saying is "ET doesn't exist." If the people in Denver actually knew that ETs did exist and are here, they would have voted for the measure. But they don't, because our government spreads disinformation. It isn't their (the people of Denver) fault and if they knew better, they would've supported this measure! PLEASE don't be discouraged by this, the poor people don't know any better! Also, you really should not have written "ET Go Home" but rather "ET doesn't exist," which is effectively what the voters were saying.

First thing these extraterrestials need to do is land on the White House lawn and publicly make themselves known. The average American citizen needs to know they are in FACT real and they mean business. The next thing they must do is prove they mean no harm and that their technology is so far superior to ours, it leaves us in the dust. Then it would be nice if they publicly took over the media throughout the world for like a day and told everyone who they are and why they are here. This way there could be no way some nasty politician or military zealot could spin the falsehoods they are now. Then it would be nice if every nuclear weapon in the world was suddenly to just disappear and no longer exist. Along with that all war would need to stop immediately and all aggressive behavior would have to permanently cease and decist. Then and only then would it be plausible for them to take care of their business.

  • Sara 1 year ago

Thank you for the article, but I think that calling this an "ET Go Home" vote isn't accurate. Unfortunately, for most people I know the ET reality is nothing more than a joke. The message of the mainstream media continues to drown out the best efforts of those trying to tell the truth. I hope that as more sightings happen, and more people become aware of the truth, there will be a willingness to engage in this intelligently and openly.

Excuse me for just a second, but believe it or not folks, there IS life outside the U.S.!
My gosh.....Denver votes to send E.T. home!!! That's that then, Denver has spoken for the rest of the World! What tripe!
Do Americans actually think that any intelligent life off this World will consider what they vote for? No-one outside the U.S. takes them seriously, so why on earth would E.T?
Americans have to extract their heads from out their asses and wake-up to the real World.
