Esquire Magazine Honors Atlanta's Paces 88 Restaurant

(November 12, 2009) John Mariani, Esquire Magazine's Food & Travel Correspondent and Mark Alba, Chef de Cuisine of Paces 88 American Bistro at The St. Regis Hotel invited Atlanta foodies to a swanky celebration in honor of Paces 88 being named to Esquire's 20 Best New Restaurants in America list.

The St. Regis Atlanta culinary team created a scrumptious selection of hors d'oeuvres including braised veal cheek, mini pork belly sandwiches, oysters and tuna tartare. The dessert bar featured skewers of fried truffles and other sweets. Signature cocktails like the "Ultimate Esquire" and free flowing champagne kept the fashionable crowd mixing and mingling well into the night.
