AMC and the Autism Society bring you monthly Sensory Friendly Films at select AMC theaters nationwide. In a more gentle environment than your average movie showing (the house lights stay up, the sound is turned down) families of children with special needs can enjoy a first-run film. Attendees are able to move around, make noise and even bring snacks that fit with specific dietary needs. There are reduced admission prices, too. All showings begin at 10am local time.
