A new portal of online shopping has officially launched today.
Luxury fashion brand ESCADA has unveiled its first e-commerce store in the U.S. after a successful stint in Europe last year.
The E-Store will offer a wide range of ESCADA lifestyle products, including apparel and accessories from the ESCADA and ESCADA SPORT brands.
“In the new positioning of ESCADA there is a special focus on the digital world. Especially highlighted are multi-channel-experiences, interaction with the client and an integrated experience of the brand. After our successful launch in Europe one year ago, we are now present in the most important E-Commerce market, the USA.” said Bruno Sälzer, CEO ESCADA SE.
Shoppers who access the site will find a user friendly layout that allows for easy navigation that is intuitive.
Among the features for the site are an elegant design with large-scale images that reflect ESCADA's brand identity, integrated social media channels, a store finder page that stimulates multichannel experiences, and variety of shipping methods that is cost effective for shoppers.
In select ESCADA retail stores sales staff will carry iPads to directly assist clients in placing orders in the E-Store for items that might not be available in the store.
