Erin Andrews will be the new co-host on "Dancing with the Stars". She will be replacing Brooke Burke-Charvet according to People Magazine on February 23, 2014.

Erin Andrews, a Fox News sports reporter, is a former contestant on the show. She appeared on Dancing with the Stars season 10.

On February 22, 2014 it was reported that Brooke Burke-Charvet would no longer be a host on "Dancing with the Stars". She had been a host alongside Tom Bergeron since season 10 when she replaced Samantha Harris.

Brooke tweeted "Weird day ... Shocking pre-season elimination #DWTS …ME. Tom Bergeron didn't even read my name. I won't be returning to the show this season."

ABC also confirmed that Burke-Charvet is out as co-host. ABC's released statement to People stated:

"We can confirm that Brooke Burke-Charvet will not be joining us next season. She's been a wonderful part of the "Dancing with the Stars" family since her triumphant win in season seven and will unquestionably be missed by our entire team," the statement reads. "We'd like to thank Brooke for her years of great service."

Brooke's exit isn't the only shocking move for this upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars". The 28-member orchestra of musicians and singers has been replaced by Ray Chew and his band.

"Dancing with the Stars" debuts on March 17, 2014 on ABC.
