Erick Erickson tries to divide and conquer Occupy movement

Erick Erickson tries to divide and conquer Occupy movement.

In another attempt at divide and conquer, a guy named Erick Erickson who is founder of Redstate.org has launched a site titled "The 53" which apparently stands for the 53%. The 53% in this case being the 53% who pay federal income taxes.

This website is packed full of memes and images similar to the  we are the 99% website. This new website is a new attempt by the top 1% to divide the 99%.

The unpatriotic top 1% knows their only chance for political success is to divide and conquer. The unpatriotic top 1% who oppose the American jobs bill which whttp://www.examiner.com/independent-in-boston/newt-gingrich-tries-to-divide-occupy-movement-with-new-memeould cut taxes for the bottom 99%, which would create jobs for the bottom 99%, but would raise taxes on the top 1%.

Erick Erickson is simply trying to divide the 99% into federal income tax payers and those who don't pay income taxes. This is similar to what Newt Gingrich has tried to do which I have highlighted in a previous article.

The attack line by the top 1% will be to use anything they can to divide the 99% into two groups. They'll do it politically, ideologically, religiously, racially, financially, even by personality type and psychology if necessary.

The Koch industries run by David Koch are an example of this top 1%. It does not matter that children may be exposed to toxins.  They are simply trying to protect their wealth at any cost by any means necessary.
