Eric Church to release 'Caught in the Act: Live' on April 9

Country star Eric Church will release a 17-track live album, called "Caught in the Act: Live," on April 9. The album will feature songs from "Sinners Like Me," "Carolina" and his 2011 CMA Album of the Year, "Chief." Digital copies and CDs will be available for purchase on April 9, but special vinyl copies of the album will be available on April 20, which is National Record Store Day. The vinyl copy will include four additional tracks and a special whiskey-infused 7 inch.

"Caught in the Act: Live" was recorded at Chattanooga's Tivoli Theater in Oct. 2012, and it is Eric's first live recording. Fans can look forward to performances of "Pledge Allegiance To The Hag,” “Smoke A Little Smoke,” “How ‘Bout You,” “Creepin’” and more. Church gives a little segue into Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run" in the middle of his hit "Springsteen."

Eric Church has two Grammy nominations this year, for Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song, both for the song "Springsteen." Tune in to watch the Grammy's Sun. night, Feb. 10, at 8:00 p.m. ET/delayed PT on CBS Television to see if he takes home the award for either category.
