Country rocker Eric Church has released the second single from his upcoming Feb. 11 release, “The Outsiders.” The new track is “Give Me Back My Hometown,” and is the follow-up to the first single and title track, which was named one of the “100 Best Songs of 2013” by Rolling Stone Magazine.
Church once again teams up with longtime producer Jay Joyce on “The Outsiders.” Fans can pre-order album bundles directly from http://www.ericchurch.com, which includes “The Outsiders” album and exclusive merchandise.
“I really see this album as a game-changer for us,” Church says of “The Outsiders” in a press release. “I want people to understand that we're here and that we will be reckoned with."
“The Outsiders” is Church’s fourth release on EMI Nashville, and is the follow-up to the Platinum-certified “Chief,” which earned the singer “Album of the Year” honors at both the Academy of Country Music and Country Music Awards. Five singles were released from “Chief,” including the Platinum-certified “Drink In My Hand” and Double Platinum-certified “Springsteen,” which were also No. 1 hits.
