This is a quote from the book: Spontaneous Evolution by Lipton & Bhaerman. I highly recommend it.
So...what does this statement mean for us? It is yet more scientific evidence that we can control our life experience through our thoughts, beliefs and feelings. Epigenetics is showing, for example, that if you have a history of breast cancer in your family that you are actually NOT at a higher risk of getting breast cancer unless you BELIEVE that you are! It's your thoughts that activate the genes...they do not engage on their own. If you are afraid of getting sick...and are constantly thinking about it...eventually those dormant blueprints will kick in. You attract what you fear!
So, keep your attention on being healthy and strong as often as possible, and you'll increase the chance of having that life experience. Focus your attention on what you choose to create!
