There are plenty of topiaries and gardens to enjoy when you get to the back of Epcot and start to make your way around World Showcase to check out this year's Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. Both the Florida Fresh Garden and the Backyard Play Garden are still under construction, but you can take a peek inside them by clicking the slideshow accompanying this article.

The Florida Fresh Garden showcases the state's amazing edible bounty, while the Backyard Play Garden, which is sponsored by GoGo SqueeZ, has room for the kids to run and play while the parents relax. In addition to the gardens and topiaries like Lady and the Tramp, Winnie the Pooh, and Peter Pan, World Showcase is also home to food stands with items like the ever-popular shrimp and grits, watermelon salad, frozen violet lemonade, BBQ, and even "piggylicious" bacon cupcakes with maple frosting.

As you browse the topiaries at Epcot, you may notice a much higher level of detail this year. For a great example of just how far the topiaries have progressed in terms of showing the characters' facial expressions, jump to this article.
