Environment North Carolina a group in Raleigh is concerned about the Duke Ash Ponds. Its been reported on WRAL.com and on the Environment North Carolina website of a poison found in these sites. They are concerned about the immediate clean up. They are seeking assistance from Raleigh lawmakers to address this concern.

Environment North Carolina states : " Recent water tests have shown unacceptable levels of poison coming from Duke coal ash ponds. Can we get started with the clean up already?! "

This is a very concerning issue to this Raleigh based group and is sending a message via Facebook to concerned individuals across North Carolina . They seek immediate help from North Carolina lawmakers to address this issue.
