“Breakthrough Entertainment,” in collaboration with Phoenix Movie Examiner, is giving its listeners an opportunity to win a pair of tickets to see Shostakovich’s “The Nose.”
Transmitted live Saturday, Oct. 26 from the Metropolitan Opera to your neighborhood movie theater via “The Met: Live in HD,” Shostakovich’s “The Nose” stars Paulo Szot as a bureaucrat whose satirical misadventures in search of his missing nose are based on Gogol’s comic story.
Tickets are available via FathomEvents.com. For your chance to win a pair, simply send an e-mail to EntertainmentBreakthrough@gmail.com with “The Nose” in the subject line and your full name in the body of the message.
Entries will be accepted until 6 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, at which time one winner will be randomly selected and notified via e-mail. The winner must respond to the e-mail with their mailing address within 24 hours or forfeit their prize. Multiple entries will result in immediate disqualification.
