Earth Balance®, one of my favorite companies when it comes to butter replacement, has just announced their expansion into the snack category with the creation of four grab-and-go snacks: Vegan Buttery Flavor Popcorn, Vegan Aged White Cheddar Flavor Popcorn, Vegan Aged White Cheddar Flavor Puffs and P.B. Popps, a sweet and salty popcorn treat.

According to the company, the four new Earth Balance® snack items will launch nationwide early this year and will be available exclusively at Whole Foods Markets. These snack items are made with all-natural, USA grown non-GMO corn, expeller-pressed oil and delicious flavor, these snacks are vegan, gluten-free and free from trans-fats and artificial ingredients of any kind.
I have entered to win, but if I don't, I sure hope I get to sample them when I am at Expo West. Vegan-flavored snacks are hard to come by and I am looking forward to noshing on popcorn and puffs.
