Do you sometimes feel bored with routine designs and look for unique and creative floral arrangements ? If so, I can help you feel a little bit different by introducing several decorations that look somewhat unusual as described below:
Creative in shape of decorations:Floral designs in heart shape that are usually mounted on the easel are often found in funeral and wedding floral decorations. The one I am introducing in this section is another type of heart shaped arrangements. This does not use floral foams unlike above mentioned designs. The size is not so large, which makes it possible to mount on a wall and can be used for interior decorations. The base material is made of curly willows or grape vines on which ornaments are decorated. Find these designs in the slide show.
Creative in ingredients:
Part I: Garden Arrangement:Unlike usual arrangements, this decoration features fruits and vegetables. And flowers are often used as supplemental elements. Concretely speaking a variety of fruits and vegetables are used such as pumpkins, white onions, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, lemons, cucumbers, bananas, grapes, strawberries, apples, pears, carrots, cauliflowers and eggplants whatsoever. You can use whatever kind of fruits and vegetables you like as far as their shape and color fits the design and concept of the arrangement you have in your mind. Enjoy various decorations in the slide show.

Part II: Green Leaves Arrangement:How about designs featuring large size green leaves that are focal points in this kind of arrangement ? In the regular type of floral arrangements, greeneries are often used as supplemental elements to enhance the beauty of designs. However in this particular arrangement, green elements are used for attracting viewers’ eyes as a focal point. Examples are available in the slide show.
Creative in the way of arranging:How about designs featuring twigs and branches in the shape of linear curve. Unlike ordinary floral arrangements, other items than flowers are sometimes used. For example, we sometimes use thin and long curly willows or grape vines with which arrangements can offer the grace of linear curve. This type of arrangement is often used in Japanese traditional floral art called Ikebana. Recently due to the mutual influence between Ikebana and European floral art, even western style of contemporary decorations adopts this way of arrangement which I call “designs blending Japanese and European arrangements”. Examples are uploaded in the slide show.
