Many cooks believe that a souffle has to be handled very carefully and not wrestled out of the oven only to fall flat. It is the puffiness that really makes a souffle.
What is a chocolate souffle?
A chocolate souffle is quick and easy to make. The flavorful base is usually made with whatever you want to provide the "lift." Foods commonly used for the base in a soufflle include cheese, jam, fruits, berries, chocolate, banana and lemon.
