Marina Kitchen at the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina is hosting a three course pre-fixe dinner on Valentine’s Day from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm. After enjoying a complimentary amuse bouche from Executive Chef Aron Schwartz, diners can select one dish from each course to enjoy. Items off of the indulgent “modern comfort” menu created by Executive Chef Aron Schwartz include Chef’s Oyster Bisque made with local oysters, Jidori Chicken Roulade, and Red Velvet Cake.

"The Valentine’s Day menu is all about the love we at Marina Kitchen receive from the farmers and fishermen we work with,” said Executive Chef Aron Schwartz. “The menu is simple, yet sophisticated, and highlights the bounty from these wonderful relationships we have built over the last year and half.”

The Valentine’s Day dinner is priced at $55++ per person. For an additional $25, guests can enjoy wine pairings expertly selected by Advanced Sommelier Josh Orr to enhance the flavors of each course. Compounded with views overlooking the San Diego Bay, the romantic ambience at Marina Kitchen can’t be beat.
