The Mystery Dinner Playhouse is offering up a special Valentine's Day performance of their latest caper, "Here's Killing You, Kid" -- a 1940's era detective whodunit that involves the entire audience.
A four-course dinner is served by the hilariously over-the-top cast members, and during this time the audience is encouraged to question the "suspects" and try to obtain secret clues. At the end of the show, the killer is revealed, and the "smartest" audience member gets a prize. It's a very silly, but enjoyable night out. There is also a cash bar, for those of you that may need a little liquid courage to get involved.
The Mystery Dinner Playhouse is located at 301 W Franklin St, inside the DoubleTree Hotel Richmond Downtown. This special Valentine's Day showing will be held at 7:30 pm, and reservations can be made by calling (804) 649-2583 or visiting their website at www.mysterydinner.com. Tickets are $48 per person, which includes dinner and the show.
Can't catch the show on Valentine's Day? That's ok. "Here's Killing You, Kid" runs every Friday and Saturday through March 9, 2013.
