Enjoy a great view of Tomorrowland on the PeopleMover (Photos)

While the Magic Kingdom might be known for its mountains and princesses, there is a hidden gem in Tomorrowland. It's the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover. It takes guests on a journey above that section of the park and even into a couple of the rides.

The entrance to the PeopleMover is not all that easy to find, which might be why it is usually not crowded. Look for the line for the Astro Orbiter and then head to the left, it is not far. Guests will ride up a moving sidewalk and board a train type vehicle for a ride above the park.

The ride lasts about ten minutes. Guests will see inside Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. The train also passes a model of Walt Disney's original Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow idea, which does not resemble today's Epcot. There are also silly futuristic scenes that are passed along the way.

There are no height restrictions for the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover. FASTPASS is not offered but it is not needed. Since the line is usually short the ride can be enjoyed anytime of the day or evening.
