Enjoy a Friday night prix fixe dinner at Dolce Vita Cafe

Dolce Vita Cafe is offering a special prix fixe dinner on Friday evening, February 8.

Guests are invited to partake of a four course meal crafted by Maestro Martinoli himself!

Only 30 reservations will be taken for the evening with dinner starting at 6 p.m. and the last reservation at 7:30.

The appetizer features extra virgin olive oil toasted crostini, thinly sliced 18 month black label prosciutto and a red and white onion tapenade with balsamic reduction.

For the pasta course, choose between penne with gorgonzola and sun dried tomatoes or spaghettini with fresh tomato, basil and garlic.

For the main course, you’ll have to decide between premium garlic and rosemary crusted roast pork provided by Huntington meats with spicy ginger applesauce accompanied by porcini mushroom risotto or the sea bass with sun dried tomato and raisins, creamy pine nut mascarpone polenta and harvest of the day vegetables
