England, Treadwell lead Coyotes to overtime victory over Camden Hills

Bangor, Me--- Courtney Treadwell could of been down after a missing a layup that could of gave her Old Town Coyotes a lead with 11 seconds remaining. Treadwell did more than redeem herself. She hit a game tying shot right before the regulation buzzer to send the class B girls quarterfinal game against the Camden Hills Windjammers into overtime.

Treadwell also gave the Coyotes a lead with 3:48 remaining into overtime. The Coyotes would hold the lead the rest of the way as Ashley England scored eight points in overtime including going 6-9 from the free throw line as Old Town held on for a 60-57 victory.

England led the Coyotes with 19 points and three assists. Treadwell finished with 15 points and 12 rebounds in only 18 minutes of playing time. Old Town (14-6) will face either Nokomis or Medomak Valley in the semi-finals on Wednesday.

Jordan Knowlton led all scorers and had a great all around game for the Windjammers. Knowlton finished with 23 points, 11 rebounds, seven steals and two assists. Sarah Steele and Taylor Porter finished with 13 points each for the Windjammers. Camden Hills finished the season with a 15-4 record.
