If you love a good romantic tune, the place to be is the Trump Taj Mahal on Saturday, April 5, when the master of love songs, Engelbert Humperdinck, hits the stage.

Engelbert Humperdinck or “Humper,” as he likes to be called, is a frequent guest at the Trump Taj Mahal. The concert will definitely be for lovers with old favorites such as “Release Me” and “Quando, Quando, Quando.” He’ll also be performing newer material from “The Dance Album,” released in 1999. But it’s those love songs that keep them coming back for more.

The well-known and well-loved singer has 63 gold and 24 platinum records. He has four Grammy nominations and earned a Golden Globe for “Entertainer of the Year” in 1988.

Do you know Humper’s real name? It’s Arnold George Dorsey, but don’t tell anybody. He’s Engelbert Humperdinck and he’s been crooning love songs since 1958. He was born in India and moved to England with his family at a very young age. He began his musical career playing the saxophone and then moved on to singing, which is where he definitely belongs.
