As the Dow Jones industrial average finished it's longest winning streak in 17 years Friday, energy penny stocks managed to hold on. The Dow dropped 25.03 points, or 0.2 percent, to 14,514.11.

(OTC: ATPAQ) 0.2690 0.02(8.03%) - The Wall Street Journal reports a subsidiary of Macquarie Group Ltd. is suing ATP Oil & Gas Corp. saying it owns the rights to royalty payments from three ATP offshore-drilling operations, entitling it to payments and exempting those rights from ATP’s bankruptcy estate.
