The energy drink business is a booming endeavor. Even as the economy has lagged, sales of the verve boosting liquid have continued to rise since 2011. What company of any group intellect would not want to get in on that? Hence … Energems.
Energems arrived in an attractive, red envelope. The Fort Worth Pop Culture Examiner was hopeful. Upon perusing the box, she learned that three of these chocolate orbs are worth one energy drink. However, the main energizing component is caffeine. Huh? Yes, caffeine!
It would lovely to have something good to say about Energems, but they simply taste awful. A better tasting product are chocolate covered coffee balls, which actually work, but are somewhat pricey and often difficult to find. Energems (approximately $2.83/box of 9 orbs) do not work! After having consumed the three, dark chocolate bits, rather than my usual 12-ounce energy drink, FWPCE felt absolutely no energy boost! Although the concept for delivery is good, Energems are not! This reviewer’s verdict is not to waste your money.
