Enemies Unite in two new Super Bowl trailers for the upcoming anticipated sequel for The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

The first part of the trailer, which starts off with Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) falling into a building and Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) catching her, teases audiences about a particular scene regarding their characters in the will it or will it not happen iconic event.

The second footage named "Enemies Unite Sizzle" focuses on the new enemies causing chaos for our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. New enemies include Electro (Jamie Foxx), Rhino (Paul Giamatti), and the return of the Osborn’s Harry and Norman, played by Dane DeHaan and Chris Cooper, respectively.

Sony’s official synopsis for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 reads,

We've always known that Spider-Man's most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2™, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead.
It's great to be Spider-Man (Garfield). For Peter Parker, there's no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp..

Directed by Marc Webb, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is based on the Marvel comic book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, and is written by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Jeff Pinker.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 opens everywhere May 2.
